Salt of Palmar is a very unique boutique property. To be honest, it scared me a little when I heard that everything was organic and sourced locally plus there are no TV's in rooms but I was completely blown away. You access your room via an app from your phone and the hotel is completely plastic free. Salt of Palmar has so much on offer, learn how to make bread or bath salts. At the Spa you can relax in a Salt Room and the food at Salt of Palmar is to die for. It is also only one of two hotels in Mauritius with a roof top bar. Another firm favourite of mine.
